This year, on June 12 and 13, over 40 public and private stakeholders from across Southeast Asia gathered in Bangkok for the launch of the ASF Partnership Platform. This event provided an open and stimulating environment for exchanging ideas and experiences on ASF.
The two-day event was organized and facilitated by the TAFS forum, with support from the FAO Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific, the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and the Republic of Korea’s Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. Participants embraced the opportunity to discuss the importance of sharing practical information to advance ASF management in the region.
