On 30 July 2026, the TAFS Forum and the Embassy of Switzerland in South Africa hosted the regional roundtable “Controlling FMD Together” in Pretoria. The event brought together representatives from the public and private sectors for an open exchange on the current FMD situation in Southern Africa and the priorities for strengthening disease control.
